A smart city will need to ensure 24*7 uninterrupted supply of water for its development, which may not be possible if the current scenario persists. Therefore, it is very important to take measures to secure water through efficient water management systems. Grundfos India, one of the leading pump manufacturers in India, is therefore promoting the importance of efficient water management systems in building smart cities at the ‘3rd Water Innovation Summit 2017’ organized by Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). “Smart Water Management: A Key Building Block of the Smart Cities & Villages of the Future” is the theme of this two-day summit taking place on September 4 and 5, 2017 in New Delhi.
