Managing Director & Founder, ASAPP Info Global Group, Pratap Padode welcomes Chief Guest, Minister of Finance & Planning Forest of the Government of Maharashtra, Hon’ble Sudhir Mungantiwar.

ASAPP Info Global Group has always been an innovator. Way back in 2006, these awards were instituted when there were no parameters for judging excellence; the intention was to recognise and salute excellence, to catalyse inspiration and motivation. Till date, these are the only such awards where architects and builders are awarded on one platform. Now in its 12th edition of the awards, past themes have included Green, Youth, Innovision and Smart; and this year, the theme was GLOCAL: Thinking Global, Acting Local. The top architects and builder winners are chosen by a perception based industry survey while the noteworthy project winners were chosen through an online jury.

Managing Director & Founder, ASAPP Info Global Group, Pratap Padode and Managing Group Editor, Falguni Padode deliver their welcome address respectively.

This Year’s Event: The Managing Director & Founder, ASAPP Info Global Group, Pratap Padode shed light on how the construction and building industry is no longer limited to building in just India’s metros – Narendra Modi’s smart cities mission has expanded the scope and need of building across India. “Urban India is no more limited to six metros. With over 53 cities hosting a million plus population, the axis of growth has tilted towards 47 plus other cities. These cities are already besieged with their own challenges. While we may showcase our awards here, we are also going to these cities to understand their challenges and offer solutions. The new India of 2022 is not going to be built on our armchairs but when we break new ground.”
